# Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CalisFit™. This policy explains how orders are processed and shipped, what shipping may cost, and what to expect after placing an order.

## Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Processing may take longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, or when an item requires additional stock or fulfillment confirmation.

If we become aware that an order cannot be processed within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update and any options available under applicable law.

## Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and any delivery estimates available for your destination will be shown at checkout.

After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 7–30 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.

Based on these estimates, the total estimated timeframe is approximately 9–37 business days from order placement. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery time.

If an estimated delivery range is shown at checkout, review that estimate before completing your purchase.

## Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the order, and the available shipping method. Any free shipping offer will be displayed at checkout and applies only to the orders and destinations stated in that offer.

## Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your destination is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to accept an order for that destination.

## Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase. If charges are not collected at checkout, additional amounts may be requested by customs or the carrier, subject to applicable law. Customs processing may also extend the delivery estimate.

## Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking information may take a few days to appear or update after the carrier receives the package.

## Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible at calisfit.usa@gmail.com if you need to correct an address.

We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made after an order has been processed or shipped. If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, contact us so we can review the available options.

## Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order appears delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at calisfit.usa@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details. For visible damage, photos of the product and packaging may help us review the issue.

We will investigate the matter and work with the carrier or other relevant service providers to help resolve it. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection laws.

## Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be able to make a change before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee it.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it. Any cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights that apply under local law remain unaffected.
